Using Burbline

By creating an account or using Burbline you agree to these terms and the community guidelines. You must be [16] or older and give accurate account details.

Your content

You’re responsible for what you post. You keep ownership of your content. You give us a non-exclusive licence to host and display it in the service so neighbours can see it. Don’t post anything you don’t have the right to share.

Not allowed

Illegal, harmful, misleading, hateful or harassing content.
Scams, spam or repeated advertising.
Other people’s personal information without consent.
Prohibited items in the market (see the guidelines).
Trying to break, scrape or overload the service, or get around a ban.

Buying, selling and giving away

Burbline is not part of any transaction between users. We don’t check items, sellers or buyers, and we aren’t responsible for transactions or meet-ups. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these terms.

Moderation

We may hide or remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the guidelines. We aren’t required to monitor everything, and content isn’t endorsed by us.

Service availability

We provide Burbline “as is” and may change or stop features. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under Australian law that can’t be excluded.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Profile & settings.
